Resilience.ph is a licensed Mobile Service Delivery App that specifically focused on finding and delivering your medicine needs. We have team of delivery riders who roam the whole area to search and get your medicines.

Our team are moxie, well grasped and experienced on medicines and not just an ordinary errand partner, pasabay, or pabili agents. They are well trained and know the basics of medicines.

By downloading Resilience.ph App, you will be able to search the medicine item you need. Just type the medicine item on the search bar, add it to cart, review and place your orders. For items not yet on our system, you will be directed to a page where you can write the medicine item details and the order can still proceed.

Your order will go through the following stages: “On cue for review”, “Order being reviewed”, “Assigning you a delivery partner”, “Your delivery partner is searching for your items”, “Your package is now being delivered”, “Order completed” or “Order cancelled” for cancelled orders.

No billing or charges until you have placed and confirmed your orders.

We have pre-listed medicine items on our App. Just type the medicine item you need on the search bar.

For the medicine item which is not seen on our App, you will be directed to page where you can write it so as to place the order. You may indicate additional instructions for our delivery partners too.

Yes, Resilience.ph app has an upload page for your prescriptions.

We present your documents uploaded on the App e.g., proper up to date RXs, Senior/PWD ID (back and front part) and Purchase booklet (front and inside page where the purchase balances are seen) that you upload on our App. Some pharmacies honor them specially our partners and some do not, despite FDA circular mandating to honor them. Nonetheless, we persuade them. Our delivery partner may pick up the original documents so as to ensure availing of your discounts. In any case, our delivery partner will definitely text or call for updates.

Presently, we serve the whole province of Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasinan, Bulacan, Quezon City, Marikina City, Baguio city and the towns of San Mateo and Rodriguez, Rizal. Hence, we deliver your orders on said areas. However, you can download and use the app anywhere even abroad, so long the recipient of your order is within the area that we serve for it to be processed.

You may order anytime you wish using our app, so long you have wifi or internet connections.

All transactions shall be processed in accordance with Philippine standard time.

  1. Within 6 Hours (Same Day delivery if products ordered are “over the counter products” (OTC) or products that does not need prescriptions) provided lead time shall not reached the cut-off or curfew time of your location.
  2. For prescription medicines or medicines that need prescriptions: within 12 to 24 hours if the medicines ordered are not hard to locate and within 48 hours if the medicines are hard to locate. In this case, our riders need to coordinate with neighboring provinces team to ensure completing the ordered items. Either cases, our delivery partner will apprise and keep you updated.

Our business hours are Mondays to Saturdays from 7:00am – 7:00pm. Orders transacted within our business hours are deemed acknowledged and will be processed on our system (App) on the same day, while orders received after 7:00 pm shall be attended to and processed on the following day.

As to quantity and value none, but our delivery weight is up to maximum of 3 kilograms only. For orders exceeding 3kgs, our customer sales representative will ask and assist you to make the proper arrangements.

Currently we apply only 10% service fee from total amount purchased and a delivery rate starting from 50 pesos for and surcharges apply accordingly. To see the cost details, place an order on our app. (No upfront billing). For orders beyond 3kg weight, our CSR will get in touch with you.

Presently we honor cash on delivery (COD), since we need to locate and find for your medicines first. Should you wish to pay via Gcash, Online Bank Transfer or through Paymaya, message us either on our cellphone numbers 09776035810 / 09496362569 or FB page. Our delivery partner will text or call to update you on the exact prices.

Products prices are charged as they were on drugstores from where they were located. The prices seen on our app are estimated prices and on ranges, based on latest update when they were last bought and seen on drugstores. For prices that do not have prices yet, you can still order them and the exact prices shall be made known to you as soon our delivery partner has located the items. They will text or call to update you on the exact real time prices. They will ask you as well to proceed or not on your orders.

Yes. However, if the products are already in transit with our delivery, a 75 Pesos delivery charge shall be collected for the delivery partner gasoline expenses.

In the event that the delivered package is damaged or tampered without customers’ fault, the same shall be replaced free of delivery charge. Just kindly please indicate the damage upon signing off the package with our delivery provider. All delivery partners are directed to ask you to check and double check the items before leaving.

Yes, you may request for product exchange but only within 2 days upon delivery, so long the product has not been opened, or seal tampered. You will be asked to make a new transaction through our app. The delivery charge shall be collected accordingly.

Yes, even from other countries so long the recipient is within the areas that we presently cater.

We get them from our partner pharmacy outlets and companies authorized and licensed to dispense medicines in the Philippines. You may indicate on the App your preferred pharmacy outlet.

We make sure that medicines/products have at least 1 year shelf life before getting them. For hard to find medicines whose shelf life are below 1 year, you will be asked to still get them or not.

Yes, our App has a button for “other items request” and even “service request”. Our CSR will get in touch with you once you used these features.
